- Add FastAPI server for video metadata registration
- PostgreSQL database models for videos, video_streams, audio_streams, subtitle_streams
- Batch registration script for .probe.json files
- RESTful API endpoints for CRUD operations
- Search functionality by title, artist, codec, resolution
